Jennifer Tru Photography is a full-service portrait studio (located in Knob Noster) that works with you to design, photograph and print custom portraits to hang on your walls for generations to come. As one of the top portrait photographers in the Central Missouri area, I have extensive knowledge when it comes to photography, posing and lighting techniques. Every portrait session is custom tailored to each individual's needs. My goal is to create portraits that will stand the test of time and show who you are in this moment in your life! Your portraits should reflect everything about you and more! Our time together will be fun, relaxed & casual. You're not just getting beautiful portraits, you're getting an experience unlike any other.

I've been so happy with the work Jennifer has done for our family. She works a lot of magic on the front end of the photoshoot so her turn around time is really quick.
Most of the time we received our digital proofs within a day of the shoot if not sooner. We're repeat customers and have grown to appreciate Jennifer's professionalism and friendliness. Here's what she's done for us:

I've noticed that Jennifer finds locations that you wouldn't expect to work that turn out to be amazing on camera. I especially appreciate Jennifer's experience with photographing weddings. She helped us create a timeline for our daughter's wedding which was invaluable. She helped direct us all and captured some really fun shots. She never complained despite the humidity at the outdoor wedding. We love Jennifer and her work!

Simply click the "Contact Me" button below, fill out the form provided and click "Submit". I will email you a proposal for you to select which collection you would like. Once you select your collection, you will receive an invoice to pay your $100 payment immediately. After your payment is processed, I will email you your portrait contract that will lock everything in. Once that is submitted, you're officially booked! We'll talk dates, times and more details once we get you on the books! Your remaining balance will be due the day before your session.

Jen took our pictures in October and was able to capture the beautiful colors of fall! She took the time to let my daughter warm up to the idea of taking pictures and was super patient. Highly recommend her!!
